The way we work together
Whether you decide to work from home or from a shared workspace, we always value the balance between privacy and work.
Becoming a remote group means that team members are working from home or from a shared workspace.
Working hours
We encourage any working hours that are right for you, you know how to schedule your day.
Practice social etiquette
Our human resources team is "borderless" you come from different cultures, from all over the world, making work aspects uniquely challenging. These challenges include obvious things such as cooperation between time zones and arrangement of external websites; but are also less clear such as honorific pronouns, pronunciation of names and respect for gender identity.
Advice
Create rituals that can help you in your remote working life. As usual with ceremonies, small ceremonies are the most effective ones such as not working (or just working!) in pajamas, wearing working shoes to start the day, taking your work cup for coffee/tea, putting yourself in front of a suitable desk or in a specific space at home, don't you find it great!
